DTEX is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager/Senior Manager to orchestrate and optimize marketing tech, data, and processes to drive strategy, focusing on efficiency, analytics, and cross-functional alignment (like with Sales/Product) to connect DTEX’s tech with user needs. This will involve platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Clay, Marketo, Ringlead (among others) and require strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills to orchestrate and evaluate high-impact campaigns and business goals. assist with TAM and ICP alignment, and support campaign execution and reporting.

The Marketing Operations Manager will ensure marketing campaigns effectively leverage technology, measure results, and support growth objectives, often managing across teams and initiatives for global alignment.

What You’ll Do

Technology & Systems
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce) and automation platforms (Outreach, Clay, Pardot), ensuring data integrity and integration. Maintain high standards of data quality within the company’s CRM and other databases.
  • Maintain Pardot database hygiene—including list uploads, de-duplication, enrichment, normalization, and segmentation ensuring accurate, compliant, and actionable data across all systems.
  • Evaluate, select, deploy, and customize new technology to drive lead generation and qualification

Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, set OKRs, and create roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • ABM & Targeting Strategy: Partner with Demand Gen to design and operationalize ABM strategies, including account tiering, audience selection, activation workflows, and performance measurement.
  • Track and provide monthly updates detailing business development activity and successes (win/loss ratios, referrals, return on networking investments, upcoming activities).
  • Develop and oversee processes and procedures for improved tracking activities for opportunity/lead/contact generation, validation and funnel velocity.

Data & Analytics
  • Analyze performance data to derive insights, create reports, and inform strategic decisions (SALs, SQOs, MQLs, conversion rates, cohort analysis).
  • System Integrations: Manage integrations and field mappings to ensure accurate, reliable data flow between marketing, sales, and analytics platforms while troubleshooting and improving workflows.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyze TAM, refine ICP segmentation, and leverage intent and behavioral data to inform targeting, scoring models, ABM prioritization, and pipeline insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, influencing without authority and communicating effectively. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and facilitate seamless execution.
  • Project manage marketing technology projects to ensure that tasks are completed: schedule and facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action steps to the team, and help the team track and evaluate return on investment.

Process Optimization
  • Design and scale efficient processes for campaign execution, budget management, and global GTM (Go-To-Market) efforts. Enhance lead management processes, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
  • Campaign Operations: Maintain scalable frameworks for campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, UTM governance, tracking, and reporting to support targeted outbound and demand generation efforts.

What You Bring
 
  • Technical Acumen: Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, connect tech to user value, and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with lead scoring, ICP frameworks, and campaign analytics.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPIC or other complex sales methodologies.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead via influence, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset to understand trends and measure program success.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or marketing automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Excellent process orientation and systems thinking.
  • Experience with account planning and territory management.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and ROI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

SF Base salary range: $90k-$120k
