Role Overview
DTEX is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our growing product team in a highly visible, individual contributor role. This is a mid-senior level position ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, conviction in the power of AI in the enterprise, and a proven ability to drive product outcomes in complex environments.
You’ll own key areas of our AI-powered platform—and work closely with Senior Leadership and engineering to define and deliver high-impact features that solve real customer problems while enabling strategic sales and GTM initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for platform features, from discovery through definition and delivery.
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories for technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, scope alignment, and technical accuracy.
- Drive efficient product development by focusing on high-impact features, minimizing unnecessary complexity, and ensuring every initiative supports clear customer or business outcomes.
- Engage directly with customers and sales teams to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and workflows—ensuring every feature delivers meaningful value and aligns with real-world use cases.
- Apply AI tools and techniques to streamline internal workflows and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical background—comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and bare-metal/on-prem deployments.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to enhance product management workflows (e.g., requirements generation, roadmap planning, customer feedback analysis).
- Proven ability to write structured, detailed product documentation for technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product operations or process improvement within a product organization.
- Familiarity with the Federal market, including FedRAMP, NIST frameworks, or working with government agencies.
- Background in cybersecurity, behavioral analytics, or enterprise risk management.
