What is the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the employee experience, managing day-to-day HR operations, addressing employee queries, and supporting engagement and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What You Will Do:
HR Operations
- HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee journey.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Administer employee leave programs (sick leave, vacation, parental leave, etc.).
- Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and communication.
- Liaise with insurance providers and resolve employee queries related to benefits.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support internal communication strategies and initiatives.
Employee Development
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Track learning and development metrics and participation.
- Support performance management processes.
- Assist in career development planning and succession initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with employee engagement platforms.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
