Role Overview
DTEX is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our growing product team in a highly visible, individual contributor role. This is a mid-senior level position ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, conviction in the power of AI in the enterprise, and a proven ability to drive product outcomes in complex environments.

You’ll own key areas of our AI-powered platform—and work closely with Senior Leadership and engineering to define and deliver high-impact features that solve real customer problems while enabling strategic sales and GTM initiatives. If you bring a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and alignment with DTEX’s mission and values, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product lifecycle for platform features, from discovery through definition and delivery.
  • Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories for technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, scope alignment, and technical accuracy.
  • Drive efficient product development by focusing on high-impact features, minimizing unnecessary complexity, and ensuring every initiative supports clear customer or business outcomes.
  • Engage directly with customers and sales teams to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and workflows—ensuring every feature delivers meaningful value and aligns with real-world use cases.
  • Apply AI tools and techniques to streamline internal workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical background—comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and bare-metal/on-prem deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to enhance product management workflows (e.g., requirements generation, roadmap planning, customer feedback analysis).
  • Proven ability to write structured, detailed product documentation for technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product operations or process improvement within a product organization.
  • Familiarity with the Federal market, including FedRAMP, NIST frameworks, or working with government agencies.
  • Background in cybersecurity, behavioral analytics, or enterprise risk management.

What We Value

  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative spirit and a bias for action.
  • Alignment with DTEX’s mission to protect the modern workforce.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
